A: We have rented a third-party warehouse in United States&United Kingdom and we have to pay storage cost. If you choose orders shipped from China, you have to pay more than 10USD via express shipping method, but now only pay a few dollar, you can enjoy fast delivery without any customs. We charge customers a little, but we pay much more cost for setting up a warehouse. In order to serve customers better, we are glad to bear extra cost.
A: In order to let you receive main order without delay, we will ship your order out in advance.
For out-of-stock items, we usually do as follows:
1) In order to let you receive backorder more early, normally we will send them from China via airmail upon they are available in next few days , you do not need to pay shipping fee. We restock items in China warehouse more early than in USA warehouse&UK warehouse because we do not have factory in USA&UK&, and normally we ship items in batches to USA warehouse&UK warehouse in certain time, it will cost much more time for waiting backorder restocked in USA warehouse&UK warehouse, hope you kindly know it.
2) We may ship them with your next order together, for example, if your next order choose Ship from USA&UK, we will ship backorder with your new order together from USA&UK. You can feel free to remind us if you need.
3) If you need an entire order shipped out together, you can feel free to let us know. We will do as you request.
A: Our shipping cost is composed of two parts : the cost of shipping items to USA warehouses&UK warehouses and the cost of local USPS shipping fee. But please feel assured, we have cooperated with logistics company for a long time, and we enjoy the best discount. Therefore, our comprehensive shipping fee is very favorable. At the moment, for heavy parcels, Fedex or DHL shipping fee may be cheaper. You can feel free to choose the cheaper ones.
